The festivalcamp will open at 12pm on Sunday 27th of June and close at 12.00 on Saturday 3rd of July.

Festivalcamp is only open to people aged 16 and over.  We will be checking ID for people with campingpasses and if you have purchased a campingpass and you are under 16, you will not be allowed access to the campsite and you will not be able to claim a refund for your campingpass.

If you would like to camp in the festival camp you must purchase a Festivalpass and a Campingpass. A camping pass will give you admission to the festival campsites and a camping place. You will be issued with a separate camping wristband at the festival and this will only be given to people who have purchased a Campingpass and a Festivalpass (or a Dagspass). You will not be allowed in the festival campsite if you only have a Campingpass – Hove is a music festival not a holiday camp.

People with Festivalpasses will have priority to the limited number of Campingpasses available. If there are any Campingpasses left, we will offer these for sale to holders of Dagspass. If you have a Dagspass and a Campingpass you may camp in the campsite from the day that it opens until the day that it closes but you will only be able to go into the festival arena on the day/s that your Dagspass is valid for.

This year there will be no separate tent passes and you will not need a tent sticker. In order to accommodate everybody in safety and comfort we would request that you please bring a tent which is designed for the number of people sleeping in it. Please don’t bring a 6 man tent for 2 people and don’t take more space in the campsite than you need. Our campsite teams will be on hand to help with locating camping spaces, putting up tents and keeping fire lanes clear.

You must bring your own camping equipment to the festival. Hove does not provide tents for anyone who has forgotten to bring a tent with them. 

Please bear in mind that you need to swap your campingpass for a camping wristband to enter the campsite. If you arrive at the festival after the wristband exchange has shut, you will be placed in a temporary camp outside the main campsite overnight until the accreditation area opens the next morning. If you are sharing a tent with someone who is already in the campsite or if you have given your tent to friends who are already in the festival camp, you will not be able to get in without a camping wristband. Therefore we suggest you either arrive during the wristband exchange opening hours or make sure you have your own tent so you don’t have to sleep under the stars ;)
